What are Iteya Points?
Iteya Points can be exchanged for Amazon or eBay gift certificates. They
are accumulated when you sign up, refer friends, and shop at our stores.
How do I receive Iteya Points?
Iteya Points are credited to your account when you sign up, refer friends, and shop
at our stores. When you click on the stores link, you should make the purchase in
the same session to ensure you will receive the Iteya Points. Not clicking on the
store's link provided may cause you not to receive Iteya Points.
How long does it take to receive Iteya Points from purchases?
You will usually receive your Iteya Points within a few days,
but it occassionally can take up to a few weeks. If you have not received your Iteya
Points within 3 weeks of purchase, please
contact us.
Do you receive Iteya Points for tax, shipping costs, and
promotional credits?
No, you only receive Iteya Points for your net purchase. Tax, shipping, coupons,
gift certificates, gift wrapping, returns, cancellations and transaction fees are
subtracted from your total purchase when determining the amount of Iteya Points
you'll receive.
